HANDLING CONFLICT

& DIFFICULT INTERACTIONS

Find Your Peace in the Puzzle

This is a 4 hour, half day, intensive training program that offers multiple methods for handling difficult interactions. Learn what to say and do and more importantly, understand why. Multiple techniques will be discussed to demonstrate that practical solutions are attainable during a verbal exchange.  Master step by step techniques that actually work. This class does not discuss how to physically handle conflict and is classified as a professional communication training.

PROTECT YOURSELF FROM CONTROL DRAMAS

You are a Peace of the Puzzle

This is a 4 hour, half day, intensive training program that offers a deep understanding of how people will resort to a control drama to essentially “get their way" with others during a difficult interaction. Control drama behavior allows an individual to control others by making them pay attention to a particular behavior, which then elicits a certain response from the receiver. Participants should be prepared to learn a lot about themselves and their own patterns and with awareness, comes change. This training promotes self-awareness and focuses on a skillset that allows one to be more "others' oriented." Most people don't change, however, the more we understand someone, the more we can successfully work with them and possibly forgive them.
